The Federal Foreign Office will use your personal data (first and last Name, employer) for publication in the transparency register on the website of the Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the European Union.

Personal data are all information referring to an identified or identifiable natural person. We would like to provide you with the following information regarding our data processing in order to comply with our obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR:


We will store the following personal data about you in an online transparency register listing meetings between the ambassadors and interest representatives on our website, which is publicly accessible:

your first and last name, your employer
